About this notice

This notice explains how Tibraise handles information collected through tibraise.com and the Tibraise waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, email adrian@tibraise.com.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• the email address you provide;
• the date and time of your signup;
• referral and campaign information, when available; and
• technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.

We may use privacy-focused, aggregate website performance and traffic measurements. We do not use advertising pixels or build advertising profiles.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• manage the Tibraise waitlist;
• send a welcome email and occasional product or launch updates;
• prevent automated abuse and protect the signup form; and
• understand how the website performs and which pages are useful.

Service providers

We use Brevo to store waitlist contacts and send emails. We useCloudflare for website hosting, security, Turnstile bot protection, and, when enabled, privacy-focused Web Analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We do not sell waitlist information.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every Tibraise marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time to stop future updates. You can also emailadrian@tibraise.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information.

After an unsubscribe request, limited suppression information may be retained so that we can continue to honour your choice and avoid sending further emails.

Retention

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist and related product updates are active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to any limited records needed to meet legal obligations or honour an opt-out.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Tibraise develops or our service providers change. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.
